The salestech group acquires three companies with outstanding expertise in the field of blended learning and software-supported learning experience. Marketing Manufaktur, 101 Consulting and smicro are now part of the group. Management will remain in the hands of the previous four managing directors.
Frankfurt, October 7, 2024. salestech group supports companies in their growth through the digital transformation and optimization of sales and marketing processes. With the acquisition of three Mainz-based Learnhub companies, the Frankfurt-based group is further expanding its sales and martech service offering: The new additions offer innovative solutions and consulting services for the skills development of employees in sales. The offering is comprehensive – from training conception, content and media creation to live streams, online and classroom training and the implementation of individual digital and physical learning solutions.
High-level learning – focus on the automotive industry
Marketing Manufaktur GmbH and 101 Consulting GmbH– each with a different thematic focus – specialize in developing needs-based, easy-to-understand measures and content that are measurable in terms of learning success. In addition, smicro GmbH provides the technical solutions for software-supported digital skills acquisition. The centerpiece is the interactive learning platform “smicro suite”, which was awarded the eLearning Journal Award 2024 as “Best Learning Platform”.
All three companies have many years of training expertise. In total, they have conducted more than 1,200 training courses – particularly in the premium automotive sector – and reached over 570,000 participants in 97 countries. The industry-independent software solution offers the best opportunities to conduct training courses in any other industry.
