During his talk at TEDxKarlsruhe, Dr. Serhan Ili, CGO of the salestech group and CEO of ILI.DIGITAL, made one thing clear:

„The next big thing isn’t a thing – it’s a mindset.“

In his keynote, Ili demonstrated that true transformation does not come from technology, but from attitude. Success depends less on resources or luck — and far more on how we think, decide, and create. A strong mindset turns scarcity into opportunity.

Through a personal story — transforming an old, rusty women’s bicycle into a stylish Bonanza bike — Ili illustrated how change begins: not by complaining about what’s missing, but by creatively using what’s already there.
“Make it yours” — this phrase captures a mindset that drives transformation.

At the same time, Ili emphasized that progress only happens where people and machines, experience and imagination, craftsmanship and vision come together. This co-creation, he said, is the key to genuine innovation.

“Artificial intelligence doesn’t replace creativity — it amplifies it. Its value depends on the mindset of the human who guides it.”

With his TEDx contribution, Dr. Ili reinforced the shared vision of ILI.DIGITAL and the salestech group: future readiness is not achieved through technology alone — but through people who are willing to evolve their thinking.
